Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original Italian Vega™ packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
